Pre-Paint Products

We offer a variety of pretreatments to prepare metal surfaces for painting. These include iron phosphate products designed for two, three, and five stage operations. In addition we have several low residue no rinse products. We also have new non-phosphate treatments that prepare surfaces for painting. Our formulations are especially well suited for powder coating applications. Multi-metal applications are no problem!

Zinc Plating

Through strategic partnerships with other companies we have access to a wide variety of products to deposit high quality zinc plate on metal surfaces. Plating chemistry is available across the full spectrum including, acidic chloride and borate baths and alkaline hydroxide or cyanide baths.

Mantenance

Yes we can clean floors and have a spectrum of biodegradable, low-hazard, products for general cleaning. We also have specialty cleaning products such as heavy duty degreasers and wax-stripping chemicals.

General In-Process Metal Cleaning

Often it is necessary to clean and apply a rust protective coating at the same time. We have products that are designed to be used within a manufacturing process to remove metal fines and soils and leave a clean surface with a rust protective coating. We can provide a non-oily, rust protective surface for indoor protection.

Rust Protection

Indoor and outdoor rust protection can be easily provided with solvent or water-base products.

Paint Stripping

We have products that work especially well with powder coated material.
